Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
Cancellation Information
You have 24 hours after your purchase to request a withdrawal. We ship within 24 hours, so once your item has been dispatched, withdrawal is no longer possible. However, you can still receive a refund by exercising your right of withdrawal after receiving the item, provided you contact customer support beforehand.
Withdrawal Information
You have up to 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel your order without providing any justification. To do so, you must contact us by email with a clear statement of your intent to withdraw.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel your order, we are obligated to refund all payments made by you, including standard shipping fees (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard one offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we receive your withdrawal request.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Write a letter stating the reference and reason for the return
Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return
Send your return package to the following address:

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition (new, never worn, not altered or damaged).
My Jabador reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund request if the returned products do not meet the stated conditions.
If you receive an item by mistake that does not match your order, please notify our customer service directly by postal mail or email, clearly explaining the situation. A representative will contact you as soon as possible.
