DELIVERY

My-Jabador delivers worldwide. To do so, simply enter your address and select international shipping at checkout. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us directly through the “Contact Us” section or by email.

 
 

We currently offer Colissimo delivery only. Other delivery options (Mondial Relay, Chronopost, etc.) will be available very soon.
It’s up to you to choose the one that best suits your needs in terms of delivery time and cost.
For example, Colissimo shipping is faster but slightly more expensive than pickup point delivery.

Our team does everything possible to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched on the next business day.
For example, an order placed on Monday before 6 p.m. will be shipped on Tuesday.
However, orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package, the chosen carrier, and the destination country.
We have set a minimum shipping weight of 350g per shipment.

All our shipments come with a tracking number that allows you to know the location of your package at any time.
To track your package, simply go to the “Track My Order” section in the footer and enter the tracking number you received after your order was confirmed.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the postal carrier will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox, allowing you to pick up the package at the post office within 15 days.
If it’s a Colissimo shipment without signature and the size of the package allows, the carrier may also leave it directly in your mailbox.

ORDER

To check if your product is available, first select the color you want. You will then see the sizes available in that color.
If a color is out of stock, it will be crossed out and cannot be selected. The message “Out of stock” will appear.

You can enter your code by clicking on “PROMO CODE,” typing your code into the designated field, and then clicking “Add.” The total amount in your cart will be automatically updated.

Once you have entered or selected your address during checkout, you will be prompted to choose a delivery method.
By selecting delivery to a pickup point, a list of nearby pickup locations will appear. Simply click on “Select.”
Once your pickup point is chosen, the label “Selected” will appear.

When you pay by credit card, the payment is fully secured thanks to our security system. Your banking information never circulates on the internet, as it is encrypted and therefore unreadable and coded.
When you provide your card details online or by phone to a representative, the information is processed directly by the bank and is never handled by My-Jabador.

It is an additional security step during online purchases, requiring you to enter an authentication code or personal information (which may vary depending on your bank) so your bank can verify your identity and approve the transaction.
This system helps reduce the risk of fraudulent use of your credit card — for example, in the event of loss or theft, your card cannot be used without your knowledge.
We recommend contacting your bank for more information.

The authentication code must be entered very quickly after it is received. If not, you will see a message indicating that the time limit has been exceeded.
We therefore recommend that you repeat the process the code is for one-time use only.

Depending on how the authentication code is sent (SMS, email, etc.), it’s possible that your bank does not have your correct contact details (phone number, email address), which may prevent the code from reaching you.
We recommend contacting your bank to ensure that your contact information is correctly updated in their system.

Exchanges and Refunds

Yes, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Write a letter specifying the reference and reason for your return.

  2. Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Send your return package to the following address:
    14 route de la Libération, 94430 Chennevières-sur-Marne, France

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition (new, never worn, not altered, and undamaged).
MY-JABADOR reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund request if the returned products do not meet the required conditions.

If you receive an item by mistake that does not match your order, please notify our customer service directly by email or postal mail, describing the situation. A representative will contact you as soon as possible.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your package (as indicated by the postmark) to return your order if you are not satisfied with;

You can contact our customer service through the contact form on our website. One of our advisors will handle your request for correction.

My-Jabador reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the return conditions: the product must be new, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in its original, intact packaging.

We strongly encourage you to handle the products and their packaging with care and to protect them properly when returning (e.g., using boxes or bubble mailers).

Only one way: as soon as your order is confirmed, My Jabador automatically sends you a confirmation email with a summary of your order and your shipping details, including the invoice.

Depending on your email provider (Hotmail, Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), this message may end up in your spam folder.
