SHIPPING WITHIN 24H
Orders placed before noon are prepared and shipped the same day; those placed after noon are dispatched within 24 hours
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are shipped within 48 hours
Does not apply to custom-made collections.
STANDARD DELIVERY
My-Jabador offers you several fast and secure delivery options:
Colissimo delivery (3 to 4 business days)
Express delivery via Chronopost (1 to 2 business days)
Pickup point delivery (day and time slot of your choice, depending on eligible postal codes): Mondial Relay and Pickup Point
Delivery times are estimated from the moment your order is shipped.
RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS
You have the option to return or exchange any product ordered within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Maison My-Jabador offers two return methods: by postal mail or via a partner store, under certain conditions.

Note: A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your package is shipped, allowing you to follow its delivery. The parcel is delivered with or without signature, depending on your choice.
If you are absent and your mailbox is too small, the delivery person will usually leave the package with a neighbor or at the nearest post office. You will be notified via a delivery notice.
You have 15 days** to collect your package. If it is not collected within 15 days, it will be automatically returned to us.
